Plugin contact
Pedro Villegas is Elunai’s creator and responsible contact. I personally handle support and privacy questions at:
This contact covers the plugin that works through conversations within ChatGPT.
How to report a problem
To help me understand what happened, include only what is necessary:
- A brief description of what you expected and what happened.
- Steps to reproduce the issue, if you can identify them.
- The error message, if there is one.
Do not send passwords, access codes, payment details or complete personal conversations. If a short excerpt or screenshot is needed to explain an issue, remove personal information and other people’s data first.
Read how these messages are used and retained in the plugin privacy policy.
ChatGPT issues
ChatGPT account, sign-in, billing and platform availability issues are handled by OpenAI. Pedro Villegas does not administer those accounts or charges.
For those issues, see the official instructions for contacting OpenAI Support.
