This policy covers the version of Elunai that operates as a plugin within ChatGPT and the plugin’s support contact. It does not describe an independent Elunai application or replace OpenAI’s policies or the general terms of pedrovillegas.com.

Information you may share

You may voluntarily provide your name, date, time and place of birth, personal experiences and questions in the conversation. Share only what is necessary for the reflection you want to explore.

Responses use the information available in the ChatGPT conversation. Dialogue, astrology and tarot are used as symbolic tools for self-knowledge, with interpretations that may be incorrect.

The creator’s own systems

This version of the plugin does not include connections to Pedro Villegas’s own servers, databases or external systems to receive, store or transfer your conversations.

This does not mean that ChatGPT does not store or process information. It also does not imply anonymity, absolute confidentiality or that content can never be used to improve models.

Processing by ChatGPT and OpenAI

Storage and other processing by OpenAI depend on the product you use, your settings and the applicable policies. Review the version that applies to your location and product:

• Data controls in ChatGPT.

The platform’s controls let you review and manage options relating to your data. This plugin policy does not change those options or OpenAI’s practices.

Managing your ChatGPT history

Pedro Villegas cannot delete someone else’s ChatGPT history. You must manage it through your account settings and OpenAI’s procedures.

See the official guide to deleting and archiving chats. Managing chat history is separate from a request about emails sent to support.

Messages sent to support

If you email pedro@elunai.com, Pedro Villegas receives your email address, the sender name displayed, the message content and any attachments you choose to send. This information comes from your voluntary email; the plugin does not automatically forward your conversation to the inbox.

I use these messages only to handle support and privacy inquiries, and I handle them personally. Sending and receiving messages also involves the email providers that deliver the service.

I retain emails and their attachments for 90 days after each inquiry is closed and manually delete them from the mailbox at the end of that period. This rule applies to the mailbox I manage and does not set retention periods for possible technical copies held by email providers.

You may use the same address to ask about or request correction or deletion of information you sent to support. Do not send passwords, payment details or complete personal conversations.

Visits to this website

Visiting these pages is separate from using the plugin in ChatGPT. The website remembers your language preference and includes Google Analytics, which loads only if you accept analytics. You can review your choice through “Privacy and analytics” in the footer when the website is published on its domain.

Analytics measures website visits and interactions; it does not receive your ChatGPT conversations through the plugin. Web hosting may generate technical access logs. This plugin-specific policy does not claim that hosting is log-free or that the website has no cookies.
